Why records/photos may be requested
Follow-up records and photos can help evaluate aircraft identity, operating limitations, inspection status, Rotax maintenance history, service bulletin or safety directive questions, and feasibility of next steps.
How contact information is used
Contact information is used to respond to the aircraft request, ask follow-up questions, coordinate records review, or discuss appointment feasibility. Customer data is not sold.
No authorization by submission
Submitting records, photos, or aircraft details does not authorize work, create a maintenance release, or confirm return-to-service authority.
Deletion requests
Aircraft owners may request deletion of submitted contact details, records, or photos. Some records may be retained only as needed for business, legal, or maintenance-documentation purposes.
Form handling
The support request form is processed by the website form provider. Notification routing and spam protection are managed through the hosting account.
